*Delicious Harissa recipe:
*Most recipes yield a serving of 2 to 4.
*I use dried herbs for flavour but you may omit this, all recipes have plenty of natural taste. Whenever I use herbs I start off with 1/2 tsp a time, taste and keep adding 1/2 a time if needed.
*If you do not own an oven you can stir fry vegetables.
*The hot sauce I revered to during the Spicy Peanut Stir-Fry recipe is Sambal, apparently it is the same in ENG. 😉 I forgot to add, it is especially nice with rice of noodles as well.
*The ‘meat’ balls I used for this recipe we’re by VIVERA, they are called ‘plant balls’ and are fully plant-based.
