Tart recipe in video: 1 1/4c flour, 1/4c sugar (optional) mix in bowl, cut in 1/2 cup cold butter cut into pieces. In bowl combine 2 egg yolks with 1tbsp cold water and mix into crust. Roll out onto parchment paper or silicone mat into large disc. Add fruit filling to middle and tuck ends over. Bake at 375˚ for 30ish min.
