Hi everyone! Today I am finally bringing to you my 3 favorite smoothies which I reckon to have helped me manage my weight easily and deal with my junkfood cravings the best way possible. I usually make my smoothies first thing in the morning and have it as my breakfast for the day. If not, I just find a specific time of the day where I can replace one meal for my smoothie. The fact that I myself is a covid19 survivor, I can honestly tell you guys that this routine really helped me boost my immune system.
