Easy & delicious Chicken Puffs. Puff pastry stuffed with chicken filling and baked till crispy & flaky. In this video, I’m also sharing the recipe for making the chicken filling from scratch, this chicken filling can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for a few weeks. If you have store-bought puff pastry, making chicken puff is super easy. This will make a perfect evening snack or for any parties.

**Chicken Filling Recipe**
Chicken Breasts, diced- 3
Chili powder- 1 to 2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Garam Masala- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Onion, chopped- 4
Ginger, grated- 2-inch slice or 1 tbsp
Garlic, grated- 2 large cloves or 1 tbsp
Green chilies, chopped- 2 or 3
Curry leaves- 1 sprig
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1 1/2 tsp
Cilantro, chopped- 1/4 cup
**Preparation**
Combine the chicken with all the spices and cook covered. Shred the cooked chicken.
In a pan, cook onions along with ginger, garlic, green chilies, curry leaves till chicken turns golden brown. Add shredded chicken, cook for a few minutes and add cilantro.
The chicken filling can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge or freezer.
**Making Chicken Puffs**
Fill the square-cut puff pastry sheets with 2 tbsp chicken filling, fold and glue edges.
Brush with beaten egg.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 400 F or 200 C.
Bake for 20 minutes till golden & crispy.
Enjoy while the puffs are warm. Yum!
