Ingredient :-

(A)
Milk – 200 ml
Instant yeast – 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Egg – 1

(B)
Bread flour – 350 g

Nutrition ingredients :
Quinoa – 1 tsp
Sunflower seed – 1 tbsp
Golden raisin – 2 tbsp
Flexseed – 2 tbsp
Optional – ( Xantham gum to add is good for diabetes patients – 1/4g)

Step 1 :
Mix all ingredient (A) and stir well then continue to add ingredients (B) for light knead all ingredients (A) & (B) together become equal ( cover well with cling wrap inside the glass bowl for 15 minute)

Step 2 : ( 15 minute later)
Knead again and add little flour for non stick your hand and continue knead for 5-10 minute and keep fold the dough like ball shape and cover will with clung warp inside the glass bowl for 1 hour)

Step 3 : ( 1 hour later)
Knead again and add flour on table for special shape as you like 😉 then put on bake pan or bread pan as you prefer, then cover for 1 hour.

Step 4 ( 1 hour later)
On the oven with 150 degree for 15 to 16 minute. After complete then apply batter for the topping to make the bread more shining and beautiful.
