Ingredients
Pasta 300 gm
Healthy vegetables
300 gm butter
Garlic 1 tablespoon
Pasta seasoning 1 tsp
2 table spoon whole wheat Atta
2 glass Milk
Salt to taste
1 tsp white pepper powder
Method
First boil the pasta with 1 tsp oil and Salt.
Slightly boiled all the vegetables except capsicum.
Prepare white sauce with butter , whole wheat Atta and Milk.
Now take a wok and add some olive oil then add garlic , capsicums , All the vegetables , boiled pasta , white sauce , salt , white pepper , pasta seasoning one by one .
Mix all the ingredients , Add some milk according to your taste.
Serve hot .
You can add some cheese.
