Oats and wheat bread
Ingredients:
1. Oats flour – 1 cup
2. Whole wheat flour- 1cup
3. Salt – 1 tsp
4. Rapid rise instant yeast- 1 tsp
5. Oregano – 1 tsp
6. Warm water – 1and 1/2 cup
7 . Milk – 2 Tbsp
8. Oats – 1 Tbsp
Additional :
1. 2 cups water in a deep pan for oven .
2. Baking sheet with parchment paper .
Optional:
Butter

Method :
1. Take a big bowl with lid . Mix oats flour, whole wheat flour , salt , yeast and oregano and mix the dry ingredients in this bowl.
2. Now add 1 and 1/2 cups of warm water to the dry ingredients do that it becomes a thin batter like consistency . Cover the lid .
3. Leave it overnight or 6 to 8 hours on the kitchen counter .
4. After 6 to 8 hours ,remove the dough on a clean kitchen counter with generously sprinkled wheat flour . Fold the dough inwards to make a ball . Add more flour if needed , to make a soft dough .
5. Place it on the baking sheet with parchment paper . Make the incision with knife to prevent the bread from bulging out . Now lightly damp the dough ball with milk . Now sprinkle some oats on top of the bread .
6. Now Preheat the oven on 450 degrees Fahrenheit. In the mean while the bread will proof .
7. After the oven is preheated , place the baking sheet with bread dough ball .
8. Just below the baking sheet rack , place the tray with two cups of water for steam .
9. Set the timer to 25 minutes .
10 . Turn off the oven after 25 minutes and let the bread rest in the oven for 2 more minutes .
11. Take out the bread . Let it cool down completely before cutting it .
12. Bread is ready to devour .
13. Slather it with butter for heavenly experience.
