This is an easy breakfast/Evening Tiffen I dea.It is both filling and healthy,This is made with ingredients that you already have,So try it out during the lockdown and give me your feedback in the comments!
Ingredients:
(Makes 4-5 Pieces of Bread Besan Toast)
Bread
Besan(Kadalaimaavu) – 1/2 Cup
Carom Seeds(Omam)- 2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds(Jeera)- 2 Tsp
Dry Ginger Powder(Chukku Podi)-1/2 Tsp{Optional}
Chilli Powder – to taste
Salt – to taste
Onion(Chopped) – 1/4 Cup
Grinded Raw Tomato – 1/4 Cup
Coriander(Chopped)
Water- as required to make a smooth batter
Oil and Ghee
