In today’s video I’m going to share a very tasty healthy masala golden milk Recipe which is also called masala Haldi doodh.
Turmeric has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory properties, anti-microbial, anti-allergic properties.It is an ideal drink to have when you are under the weather.Turmeric Masala Doodh AKA Golden Milk or Turmeric milk is a healthy drink you can make easily in your Instant Pot. Drink a cup when you are feeling under the weather.

ingredients:-
1.Milk- 1/2 litre
2.Turmeric-1/2 -1 tsp( according to taste)
3.Black paper-1/2 tsp
4.Ginger grated-1 tsp
5.Jaggery/ honey-2 tsp ( to taste)
6.cardamom crushed-2
7.Cloves-3
8.Cinnamon power-1/2 tsp
Method:-
1- Add milk to a pan on medium heat. After a minute or two (when the milk is little lukewarm) add turmeric powder to it.
2- Then add crushed green cardamom pods, sliced ginger, black peppercorns and cinnamon stick.
3- Whisk it all together and bring to a low simmer for 5 minutes. You don’t need to boil it but it should be nicely hot throughout.
4.Then add jaggery as a sweetener and mix it well.Then Seive it.
5.Golden milk/ Masala Haldi Doodh/Turmeric milk is ready.
6.Serve it warm
