Recipe :
Dry Ingredients
● 1 cup oats flour
● 1 tsp baking powder
● ¼ tsp baking soda
● ¼ tsp cinnamon powder(optional)
● ½ cup walnuts chopped
● Few chocolate chips/oats/nuts to
decorate(optional)

Wet ingredients
● 2 overripe bananas
● 1/4 cup avocado oil
● 2 tbsp maple syrup (May add little more if like more sweet )
● ½ tsp vanilla extract
● 1 tbsp flaxseed powder

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Blend all wet ingredients in a mixer.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet
ingredients and fold the batter until
the dry flour disappears.
5. The batter must be thick and not
runny.
6. Pour the batter into the muffin pan
till the top.
7. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.Cool them completely on a cooling rack before storing.
8. Enjoy them warm for a weekend breakfast or evening snack !
