I do not #cleanse often but when I do its for a short period of time. I wanted to explain myself a bit in this video as I know there’s a lot of people who have really negative feelings towards cleansing. Everyone is different and I am in no way suggesting that cleansing is necessary. *As always, I am not a doctor or nutritionist I’m simply sharing my experience and my passion for health and yummy recipes. Also important to note that during this 3 day cleanse I continued taking my daily supplements. Enjoy!
