3 weeks meals prep described in 5 steps:

STEP 1: GROCERY SHOPPING LIST
 Before the lock down I could get the food delivered to my place which would save my huge time. Unfortunately I have to go to the supermarket myself, since I don’t drive I had to do 3 trips to the supermarket. It’s only 10 to 15 mins walk away to my place but it gives me a workout to carry all those food back and forth to my place  

STEP 2: CHOPPING timing: 2 hours

STEP 3: COOKING timing: 10 to 14 hours
I cook both vegetables and meat in the oven, no added oil. Vegetables have naturally a lot of water so they don’t stick in the pans. I do add a lot of spices to make them tasty.

STEP 4: Sorting out the cooked food in boxes, Timing: 1 hour
36 boxes which will last me for 3 weeks. I even have some extra turkey burger, vegetables, brown rice and quinoa.
I usually use 3 boxes Monday to Friday. I have days where my appetite is greater, in that case I would consume 4 boxes. It usually happens on leg day 🙂

STEP 5: Storing boxes in fridge and freezer
This step takes about an hour as I also have to clean all the big boxes and the kitchen.
Boxes for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday go to the fridge. I usually only put boxes from Monday & Tuesday only. Since I had a much higher amount of boxes, I had to store Wednesday meals in the fridge. I will reheat the food on Tuesday to make sure they don’t turn out.
