Sabudhana Khichidi is a very health marathi style recipe.

Ingredients:

Sabhudhana – 1 Cup(Soak it Overnight)
Onion – 1
Tomato -1
Potato(Boiled) – 1
Salt
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder

For Tempering
Mustard seeds
Urdh dhal
Long red chilli – 1
Curry leaves – some

Method:
Once we soak the sabhudhana it looks like pearls.. In a hot tawa add 2 tbsp oil and add boiled potato.. let the potato turn slightly crispy..and then add tempering.. once its splutters
add the curry leaves and the add onion.. let the onion cook and turn slight brown and then add tomato and cook untill its turns
smashy.. then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and then add salt.. then add the boiled and fried potato.. finally add the sabhudhana and mix all the cooked ingredients..
Without applying much pressure to the sabhudhana mix it will..
Our Sabhudhana Khichidi is finally ready to eat.
