𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦
Healthy & Crunchy Granola:
– 1 cup dates
– 1/2 cup tahini
– 1/2 cup dried figs
– 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
– raw mixed nuts (I used cashews and pecans)
– raisins
– dried cranberries
– pumpkin seeds
– sunflower seeds
– unsweetened shredded coconut
– 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
– 1/4 tsp. salt
Sweet Potato Fries:
– Sweet potatoes
– salt
– paprika powder
– garlic powder
– baking powder
– corn flour
– oregano
– olive oil
– pepper
Quesadillas:
– vegetable oil
– fenugreek seeds (methi)
– sliced onion
– chopped garlic
– crumbled tofu
– turmeric
– spinach
– Sriracha sauce
– tortilla bread
– stuffing of your choice (I used leftover minced beef from here:
– shredded cheddar cheese
Grilled Turkey & Avocado Sandwich:
– turkey breast
– salt
– black pepper
– paprika powder
– chilli powder
– garlic powder
– onion powder
– cumin powder
– turmeric powder
– greek yoghurt
– lemon juice
– tomatoes
– avocado
– fried cumin powder
– brown bread
– onion
– feta cheese
