Ingredients for basic upma :-
1tsp mustard seeds
1/2tsp chana dal
1/2tsp urad dal
1-2tsp ghee/cooking oil
2 chopped onions
1 lemon
4-5 cashew nuts
Handful of peanuts
Chopped coriander
1 cup suji/rava/semolina
3-4 cups of water
Salt & black pepper according to your taste
