Mushroom Oats Tikki
Ingredients:
– Oats: 1cup
– Coarse Grinded Mushroom Paste: 200gm
– Low-Fat Milk: 1/2 cup
– Salt & Pepper as per taste
– Chopped Onion: 1 Small
– Olive Oil
– Green Chilies chopped
– Ginger Garlic Paste
Method:
– Take a spoon of oil to sauté green chili, garlic paste, and onion
– Add mushroom paste and oats mix well
– In the end, add milk and stir till it gets dry
– Remove in a plate to cool
– Make small balls and flatten to make Tikki
– In a non-stick Tawa grease with oil and place Tikki
– Let them turn golden brown to have it with mayonnaise and salad
