One pot quinoa chicken pulav. You can make a healthy meal yet tasty and simple.

Ingredients:
Marinated chicken:
– chicken
– salt
– Red chilies powder
– garam masala
– yogurt
– ginger garlic paste
– Turmeric
Pulav
1) cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaf
2) Mint, Coriander chopped
3) Onion, Green chilies chopped
4) 1 Cup coconut milk
5) 2 Cups quinoa ( wash it before using if it’s not pre washed)
6) Oil

Preparation :
1) Saute cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaf, green chilies, onion, Mint, Coriander leaves
2) Add marinated chicken and cook for few mins ( chicken should be at-least half cooked)
3) Add 1 cup coconut milk, 2 cups quinoa and 4 cups water
4) Cook on Medium flame until quinoa is cooked

Note: you can use instapot or rice cooker for the same recipe
Instapot- Cook ok high pressure for 6 mins
Rice cooker- Cook as white rice setting
