🥣RECIPE SAUCE🥣 (makes 4 servings)
2 cups cauliflower
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
0.5 cup cashew nuts
2 cups oatmilk
2 cups mushroom
1 tbsp vegan butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic

STEPS
1. Start with boiling the cashews for 15 minutes. Then boil the cauliflower until it softens.
2. In a blender, mix the cauliflower, cashews, oat milk, nutritional yeast, salt & garlic.
3. In a pan, fry the mushrooms in vegan butter. Add the sauce and pasta.
