Ingredients:
►2 cans chickpeas
►juice of 2 lemons
►3 cloves garlic
►salt and pepper to taste
►50 ml olive oil
►75 ml chickpea water
🔪 Utensils and equipment
►1 knife
►1 chopping board
►1 blender

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz it for 2 minutes
2. Taste for salt, pepper, lemon, and garlic and blitz it for 30 seconds more
3. Add your snacks or use it in sandwiches
