Hi foodies!
This is a SUPER QUICK, EASY AND DELICIOUS Miso soup recipe that I threw together while in Quarantine but still craving some good old Japanese cooking. It is Vegan. Dairy+Gluten free, Low calorie, warming, filling and super delicious. I did not have any seaweed so I ommitted that, but if you have it I would highly recommend adding it!
