In today’s video, we have special guest, Lucas Spinosa, show us how to make a batch of healthy homemade pickles. This is an easy, quick and fun process for a delicious snack to curve your savoury cravings!
Recipe: 1 batch makes about 100 pickles.
INGREDIENTS
5 large cucumbers
5 cups of white vinegar
10 cups of water
1 Bay Leaf
10 Cloves of Garlic
4 tbsp of Salt
1 tsp of Pepper
1 tsp of Dry Pepper Flakes
1 tsp of Mustard Seed
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut cucumbers into slices of desired thickness and put them in a large bowl/pot.
Add wet ingredients.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir everything together.
Wrap with plastic wrap and place in fridge for approximately 2 weeks.
