If you’ve never tried Granola parfaits with fruits before, you’re certainly in for a treat! These honey-sweetened homemade Curd/Yogurt parfaits with fruits and granola are just as delicious whether you have them for breakfast or as a healthy dessert.
Ingredients:
Curd (Thick or Creamy) 2 Cup
Crunchy Muesli 1 Cup
Honey 2 Tbsp
Almonds ¼ Cup
Walnut ¼ Cup
Rasins ¼ Cup
Unsalted butter 1 Tbsp
Melon 1 No.
Method:-
1. Place curd, milk maid and honey into a small bowl. Mix it well. Then keep in refrigerator for 15 min.
2. Heat pan with unsalted Butter. Then add chopped almonds or walnut saute until they become golden.
3. Add crunchy muesli again saute for 2 to 3 min at low flame.
4. Peel and dice melon.
5. Take 2 glasses. Layering of final product. First add curd, then add muesli or granola, then add melons. Repeat same process again . then garnished with extra melon.
6. Place in refrigerator or 15 min and enjoy granola parfait with melon.
Preparation Time: 45 min.
Servings : 4 (and extra granola).
Course : Dessert.
