Ingredients :
For the dough (makes at least 12 pitas) :
1 cup Whole wheat flour/ Aatta
1 cup All purpose flour
1 1/2 cup or more All purpose flour to combine the dough
1/2 tbsp active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm milk
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp sugar
Salt, required
3 tbsp olive oil

For the pizza filling:

250 gms boneless tender chicken breasts, cut into small strips
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Paprika (optional)
1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 of medium onion, chopped roughly into squares.
1/4 Capsicum, chopped
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1 tsp oregano
3-4 tbsp Tomato sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 garlic clove, minced
