These 5 foods are keeping you from achieving your fitness goals. The main reason is because they are calories dense and lack fiber. The substitutes I have in place for each of the 5 foods are all low calorie and high volume options which is great for fat loss.
The most important factor for trying to lose weight is the amount of calories you’re currently eating. At the end of the day, it’s calories in – calories out. This means that you have to burn more than you consume. To do this, eat the lowest calorie foods whenever possible. Swapping out certain foods for others can make a huge difference down the line because calories add up!
Finally, make sure to always read nutrition labels and pay attention to serving sizes because a lot of calorie dense foods have such small serving sizes.
