Healthy Simple Oat Milk Preparation at Home – Random Food Recipes
Ingredients:
Rolled Oats  – 1 cup
Water     – 1 cup
Preparation Process:
1) Soak 1 cup oats in water for 20 min.
2) Drain the water from oats.
3) Now take the blender add 3 cups of room temperature water and 1 cup drained oats in to the blender and blend it well for 2 minutes.
4) Oat milk mixture is now ready to strain.
5) Now take the clean cloth or nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer and filter the pulp.
6) Now milk is separated from pulp.
7) Tasty Oat milk is now ready to serve.
Note: Use clean cloth to strain the mixture for better results.
