I tried eating salads for an entire week. This was definitely one of my favorite food weeks in a long time. It didn’t feel restrictive at all. Here’s what happed to me:

+ Sleep got better and I was waking up with energy
+ Ate so many veggies and water
+ Curbed my cravings
+ Lost 5lbs in 5 days!!!
