Healthy Avocado Oat Milk Smoothie for weight loss – Random Food Recipes

Ingredients:
Rolled Oats – 1 cup
Hot Water – As required
Water – As required
Avocado – 2
Cashews – 12
Pistachios – 25
Pitted Dates – 5

Preparation Process:
1)Soak 1 cup oats in hot water for 20 mins, after that drain the water from oats.
2)Now take the blender and add 3 cups of room temperature water and 1 cup drained oats into the blender and blend it well for about 2 minutes.
3)Oat milk mixture is now ready to strain. Now take the clean cloth or nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer and filter the pulp.
4)Now milk is separated from pulp and oat milk is ready to use.
5)Add 2 sliced avocados, 12 cashews, 25 pistachios, 5 dates(more dates can be added per personal preference) and oat milk into the blender and blend it well for about 2 minutes.
6)Check the consistency of the smoothie and add more oat milk if needed and blend it again.
7)Avocado smoothie is now ready.On top, chopped dates and crushed cashews and pistachios can be used for garnishing.
8)Avocado oat milk smoothie is now ready to serve.

Note: Honey can be replaced with dates.
