Here’s another day in my quarantine life vlog! I showcase what I eat in a day and bake some banana bread!
Check out my semi-healthy banana bread recipe! I’ve made banana bread before but I always stray away from the truly athentic happiness banana bread gives you because I try too hard to make it healthy. I think I really nailed it this time! 🙂

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 large egg
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds for the top
pinch of salt
few shakes of ceylon cinnamon
*chocolate chips (as many as you want)

Mix the dry, then mix the wet, then mix them together.
