This video is all about healthy snacks ideas!
One of my favorite healthy snacks ideas is the Skinny Pop. It’s non-GMO verified with just all the healthy ingredients. Plus, it’s gluten-free, too! And so this hits all of the boxes that it’s the non GMO, the gluten free dairy free, the peanut free, every box you want to check.
So you make sure to get healthy snacks for kids and for yourself.
Another one is the Thin Stackers. Now, sometimes the problem when you have a small snack like this is you may want more than what’s recommended. But just think of it as just every once in a while having a treat. You can try the brown rice lightly salted or the red rice, or quinoa.
You can eat it on its own or dip it in hummus or guacamole, maybe some goat cheese or raw cheese,, and you’ve got healthy snacks with protein. It’s also a perfect meal right there.
