Poha or pohe is a quick breakfast & snack made with beaten rice or flattened rice, spices, peanuts and onions
Ingredients:-
1 cup poha
2 green chillies
curry leaves
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp mustard seeds
peanuts
salt to taste
1/4 sugar(optional)
1/4 tumeric powder
1/2 lime juice
coriender leaves
