These are extremely flexible recipes. You can change the ingredients depending on how heavy or light you want them to be or in which part of the day you are making it.

for the twin parfait:
3/4 cup hung curd
strawberry and pineapple crush ( abou a tbsp each, you can moderate)

1/4 medium green bell pepper
