Chick Peas Healthy Salad
1 1/2 kg boiled Chick Peas
2 small Red Onion
1 Green pepper
1/2 Red pepper
1/2 Yellow Pepper
2 tomatoes
3-4 green chilli (optional)
50 grams green olives
50 coriander leaves
50 ml olive oil
1 tsp of basil
4 table spoon of lemon juice
1 1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
Toss everything together, you have beautiful healthy salad. You can use this a side dish or as a full meal.
