It has lots of fiber,low calories.so good to weightloss.
Ingredients
Dalia (broken wheat)1 bowl
3 tbsp healthy cooking oil
3 bowl boiled water Accord to 1 bowl Dalia
1 large size chopped onion
1 chopped carrots
1 chopped tomato
1 medium size chopped potato
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
2 dried red chilli
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt to test
Some curry leaves
