In my last video i shared with you breakfast ideas from my diet plan i used when i lost 46kg in 3 months. in my journey from 110kg to 64kg i never skipped any meal specially breakfast. and these cereals were among other things. I will show you what to have for breakfast if you are looking to loose weight , atleast this is what i had when i lostweight. i used to have for breakfast. i didnt share what i add to my cereals in my last video. many friends asked me to share that aswell . i add fruity linseed mix in my cereals . i get them from lidl and i get them in 3 different flavours . they are all high in fibre , good source of protein. they are all great for baking, for breakfasts and smoothies. i will make a cereal bowl as well for you today and share with you how i actually i make mine. i will not use fruits today but you can also add them if you want. this is a very healthy breakfast. i tried to mke my diet plan with easy breakfast ideas i will share more from my breakfast recipes in coming videos.
