This No oven baked and lightly fried Veg Triangles is a never fail goto snack recipe. It’s one of my Ma’s favourite snack recipe. Process involves both baking and lightly frying, but you can also opt for just bake and eat. Lightly frying gives this dish the amazing crispness it requires and surely enhances the taste.

Ingredients:
Moong Dal (or any dal available) – 50gms / 1 cup
Grated Raw Potato – 1 medium size
Chopped Onions – 2 tsp
Chopped Capsicum – 2 tsp
Chopped Carrots – 2 tsp
Green Peas – 2 tsp
Chopped Green Chillies – 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric / Haldi – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Aamchur Powder / Dry Mango Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Lemon Juice – of 1/2 lemon
Salt – to taste
Oil / Ghee – 2 tbsp (for greasing the mould and shallow frying)
