Ingredients

Boiled Raagi
2 boiled Potatoes
Chopped Coriander leaves
1 Chopped Onion
2 tsp Corn Flour
1/4 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Salt to taste
Oil

Method

-Place boiled Potatoes in Mixing Bowl.

– Add 1Chopped Onion and 2 Ginger Garlic paste.

– Add All spices
1/4 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Salt to taste
Oil

– Add Chopped Coriander leaves
– Bind it well
– Make Ragi tikkis with the help of your Hands
– Drizzle some oil on pan
– Put Ragi Tikkis on Pan to crisp it from both the sides.
– Serve it Hot Hot with sauce/ chutney.
