Hello guys! In today’s video, I wanted to share with you my favorite, delicious breakfasts that are perfect for weight loss or just as a healthy tasty alternative if you need some sweet kick in the morning! They have only natural sugars but still very sweet and delicious.

I don’t usually track my calories but when I was losing weight I had to, just to know how much I am in a deficit. Those breakfasts approximately 400-450lcal per portion which is quite low. But they are also very filling because of the amount of fiber and also vitamins& nutrients.
