Sprouted Mung Bean Salad(Chaat)/Authentic Desi Recipe/Low Carb

Sprouted Mung (moong) Beans are healthy and nutritious and surprisingly low in carbohydrates. This salad recipe is very simple to make. The end result is a deliciously refreshing salad which has the taste and heat of a chaat but without the high carbs and calories.
Mung Beans can be sprouted at home and are sold in the fresh produce section of some Grocery stores.
