Today is all about black radish!

I’d never seen it before. It has an unusual color. We’ve kind of been there before, but it has a little bit of a spicy flavor and it hits two of my most important details I want you to have in your diet.

So we’re going to talk about the health benefits of the radish.

1. It’s cruciferous.

These foods bring healing to our physical bodies.

2. It has fiber.

Yes, this has fiber in it. And you know what that does?

It helps build a healthy microbiome, cleanses the stomach, feeds the good bacteria in your body.

This is going to help guard your heart. This has anthocyanins which help improve your heart function. High vitamin C, folic acid, and it help your body to form collagen. That’s going to help prevent the chances of atherosclerosis in your heart and in your veins.

What about your metabolism? Your metabolism is going to help fix the acidity in your digestive tract. It’s going to help with obesity.

It’s going to help metabolize your foods better. It’s going to help your enzymes to work that much faster. When our enzymes are working for us, we create a sense of satiety quicker. And we have a better digestive system which is going to help us metabolize our foods. So this is great for your metabolism.

And it also is good food for your skin. So, hey, if you want to look beautiful for today, tomorrow, the rest of your life, you need to get some of these in your diet because these are going to help your skin look amazing. They have a way to help to dry up acne, to help with any type of skin issues.
