This Banana Bread is the ultimate guilt free but amazingly fluffy and moist banana bread that I’ve eaten till now! I was just trying out this recipe a few days back and it turned out so good that I couldn’t wait to upload and share the recipe 😀 This is perfect to eat for breakfast on its own but you can always jazz it up by adding natural homemade almond butter and even honey(OMG) or peanut butter or just about anything! Make this NOW and let me know how it turns out! And if you prefer the banana bread to be more sweet then you can add 1 cup jaggery/coconut sugar. The bananas are already sweet so I added 3/4 cup and it was perfect to me 🙂

Ingredients:
*1/4 cup butter/oil
*2 tbsp low fat greek yogurt (OR 1/4 cup curd/dahi)
*3/4 cup chopped jaggery(non-centrifugal cane sugar)/coconut sugar
*2 eggs
*1/2 tsp vanilla extract
*4 very ripe bananas, mashed
*1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
*1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
*1 tsp baking soda
*1 tsp baking powder
*1/3 cup skimmed milk /almond milk
