Today i am sharing Evening Snack Recipe of Dalia Cutlet Which is very Healthy & easy to cook,hope you will like.
Ingredients:
1 cup dalia(cracked wheat)
water
coriander leaves
salt as per taste
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes/red chilli powder
1/4 tsp cummin seeds
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chaat masala or dry mango powder(amchur powder)
some green capsicum,red capsicum
2 tbsp chopped cabbage
2 chopped green chilli/as per taste
1 tbsp corn flour/roasted gram flour(besan)
1 boiled potato(grated)
1 tbsp oil for shallow fry
