Easy chicken salad recipe – Cook and refreshing chicken salad to prepare at home which is easy, healthy and tastey with the combination of chicken, vegetables, prefect dressing and great food for lunch and dinner!
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breast – 2 pieces
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
½ tsp Ginger & garlic paste
2 tsp olive oil
½ tsp crushed black pepper
½ tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried rosemary
¼ tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp fresh homemade tahini paste
2 ½ tsp fresh thick low fat curd
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium tomato chopped
1 medium american cucumber chopped
1 medium green bell pepper chopped
Iceberg lettuce chopped
Semi boiled sweet corn & broccoli
2 garlic cloves
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Honey
Some toasted walnuts, almonds and raisins
