How to make string Hoppers with Ragi flour

-1 cup Ragi (Millet) Flour
-/4 cup Rice flour
-1/4 tsp salt
-1 tsp cooking oil
Manual string hopper press
1) Dry roast the flour together for a min. Turn off the flame and leave it to cool the flour.
2) After cool the flour, and add oil, salt mix with warm water. Make a dough.
3) Take a one ball size, put it the string hopper press, and squeeze it on top of ready steamer plate.
4) Steam it for 5 to 10 min.
5) Eat with any curry, or shredded fresh coconut and palm sugar.
A very healthy dish. You can eat for breakfast or dinner.

Ragi is also a rich source of fiber and helps lower cholesterol levels. Ragi is the best food for weight control, diabetes, & cooling the body.
