Low Calorie

Healthy WW cooking with Linda Muse-1 WW pt high protein waffle, low calorie, low points

I’ve lost almost 80 pounds with Weight Watchers. I’ve learned to eat healthier and make healthier recipes. This is my favorite breakfast. It’s so easy and only 1 WW point. My sisters video taped me showing them how to make these. I’m at my sister’s house in Oregon because her husband just passed away. We’ve been able to stay on track even during the most difficult times. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 scoop of protein shake powder. I use Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake flavor protein powder that I buy through their website at: www.devotionnutrition.com or Quest Vanilla Milkshake protein powder that you can buy online or at some Targets, or GNC health stores.
* 1 egg
* 1/8 tsp of baking powder
* 1/4 cup of water
* 1 scoop of Devotion Angel Food Protein Powder or Quest Vanilla Milkshake protein powder
Berry Syrup Ingredients:
* 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries
* 1/4 cup of Sugar Free Maple syrup
* optional: 2-3 tsps of Skinny Girl Sugar Free Carmel or Vanilla syrup or any other sugar fee brand

INSTRUCTIONS:
Waffle:
Whisk the egg and water together, add the protein powder and baking powder and whisk together.
Spray waffle iron with a non stick spray and pour the batter into the waffle iron, makes one large waffle for only 1 point.
Berry Syrup:
Heat the berries in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, depending if they are frozen or fresh. Stir, add the syrup and optional sugar free flavored syrup. Heat in the microwave for one more minute. -0- to 1 points, depending on what brand of sugar free syrup you use, always scan it and see what the points are per tsp.

I usually slice a banana on top of my waffle, then I add the berry syrup, then Fat Free Cool Whip or Fat Free Redi Whip (scan the points, usually 0-1 pt).
