HEALTHY HIGH PROTEIN BREAKFAST RECIPES TO HELP YOU STAY HEALTHY!!
Hey everyone!! These are some of my absolute favourite recipes for breakfast to keep me healthy, full, and to keep my belly happy! They are easy to make, quick, and balanced so that you can stay healthy easily! These recipes can help you to lose weight by providing a nutritious meal, keeping you fuller for longer which will then hopefully result in a calorie deficit (the only way to lose fat)

Recipies
Protein Pancakes !
– 40g Oats, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 egg, 1tsp baking powder, dash of milk,
Blitz all together and then fry on medium for 2 minutes on each side.
RASPBERRY TOPPING – raspberries, agave syrup, microwave for 30 seconds – 1 minute.
Healthy Granola !
Scrambled egg !
– 3 eggs, whisk properly, cook on low and be patient with letting the eggs cook evenly.
Overnight oats!
– 60g Oats, 1/2 banana, 1sp cocopowder, milk (add gradually)
blitz together the mixture and then mix with the oats, leave to soak up overnight! add toppings!!
French Toast!
– 1 egg, tsp cinnamon, 1/2tsp vanilla extract, slice of bread (thick)
whisk together the egg whites. add cinnamon and vanilla to the yolk and add to the mixture. Soak the bread for 1 minute and fry for 2 mins on each side, add your favourite toppings!!
Shaksuka!
