Sometimes, when I am super busy I will just eat a spoonful of almond butter to get me through the afternoon slump. Or I will blend it up with some almond or coconut milk, protein powder and ice for a frothy treat. But, when I have more time, these are the perfect healthy snack ideas using almond butter.

IMPORTANT: You want to make sure that you buy the almond butter variety that has only one ingredient…almonds! Steer clear of the ones with added sugar, salt and oil.
