Hey beauties! I lerrrv fitness so dang much, so I wanted to share what a day of eating has been looking like lately. A consistent diet is key when trying to achieve your fitness goals. FULL BODY WORKOUT-
Zucchini Boat recipe (makes 6):
3 medium zucchini
1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 can of black beans
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese to taste
