Ingredients:
1lb soy protein
1 tin cooked chick peas or 1 cup raw
1/2 stick sweet unsalted butter
4 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 sweet onion finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic diced
1 zucchini diced
1 small tomato diced
1/2 cup sweet corn
2 carrots diced
1 tsp sea salt
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp sesame oil
Note*add any other seasonings you want for your liking.
