Apple and cinnamon mug cake recipe
4 tbsp of oat flour
2 tbsp of apple sauce
2 tbsp of coconut milk
1 1/2 tbsp of maple syrup
1/4 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of lemon juice
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together
Pour in a microwave-safe mug
Microwave for 55-65 seconds or till risen and springs back
I always watch very closely from 50 seconds mark as all microwaves are different
Chocolate mug cake recipe
3 tbsp of oat flour
1 tsp of flax meal
1 1/2 tbsp of cacao powder
1/4 of mashed banana
2 tbsp of sugar or stevia blend
2 tbsp of milk
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of apple cider vinegar or squeeze of lemon juice
Preparation
Mash the banana with a fork and stir in oat flour, flax meal, cacao powder, baking soda, pinch of salt and sugar.
Pour your milk over, add apple cider vinegar, mix just till everything is incorporated and transfer to your mug
Add a square of chocolate in the middle and press it down slightly
Microwave for 55 seconds (may take slightly longer in your microwave so keep a close eye when it comes to 50 seconds mark:))
Top with what your heart desires and enjoy straight away!
Peanut butter and banana mug cake recipe
half of the ripe small banana
heaped tablespoon of peanut butter
2 tbsp of rice flour
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 1/2 tbsp of soy milk
1 tsp of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1/4 tsp of baking soda
pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in the bowl very well and transfer into your prepared mug
Microwave for 55-65 seconds or till top is completely dry and springs back when you touch it
