Egg Muffins | Breakfast Recipes | Healthy Snack |Egg muffin cups | Vegetable Egg Muffins

Ingredients :
Egg – 4
Pepper-1tsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
Chopped onions – 1 cup
Chopped carrots – 1 cup
Chopped sugar snaps – 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes – 1 Cup
Chopped capsicum – 1/2 cup
Grated mozzarella cheese – 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Steps:
1. Break the eggs into a bowl
2. Add salt and pepper, then whisk it.
3. Add chopped onions, chopped carrots, chopped tomatoes, chopped sugar snaps, chopped capsicum, chilli flakes, and oregano.
4. Mix all the ingredients together.
5. Pour the mixture into the greased muffin tray.
6. Sprinkle grated cheese and coriander leaves and bake in a preheated oven for 10 -15 mins.
7. Cook until the stick comes out clean when inserted through center.
8. Serve hot
